Abstract Through the cold modeling expetiment of industrial, Blowing different sizes of sandt using different forms of nozzle,Cold modeling simulation of gas quenching quartz slag granulation, Researching quartz slag particles trajectory, For the gas quenching liquid slag granulation tablets of room space. From the experimental results can be drawn: Gas quenching liquid slag granulation particle size of room designed to 20m×4.5m×5m is more appropriate; Double-row nozzle effects better than single-row nozzle effects; Laval nozzle effects is better than straight pass nozzle; Mach number between 1.4-1.75 of the nozzles effects are able to achieve to better results.
