Abstract Plate mill rolling procedure calculation system was developed according to process of plate mill and requirement of engineering design, rolling temperature and force and power model was supplied, rolling procedure calculation system was introduced. Some rolling procedures was obtained by this calculation system, compared with rolling procedure in plant, results are almost same. During modern plate mill engineering design, rational rolling schedule can be obtained by this system, this system has an important role in mill design, mill production calculation, limited product calculation, mill driving electrical system design.
