钢铁工业用水与节水的全生命周期集约化控制技术

Abstract China′s water resources are extremely scarce, with an annual water shortage of 50 billion m³. The iron and steel industry is a high water-consuming industry. In recent years, under the national low-carbon green sustainable development policy guidance, the whole industry has made concerted efforts to achieve remarkable achievements in water conservation and emission reduction. In 2021, the fresh water average consumption of China′s key iron and steel complex had been reduced to 2.44 m³/t and the water reuse rate reached 98.07%, reaching the international advanced level. Due to the large volume of production capacity, the level of water conservation from different enterprises varies, so there is still potential to save water and reduce emissions. According to the holistic principle of industrial ecology, the principle of value-added and the 3R(reduce, recycle, reuse) principle of circular economy, a new idea of life cycle intensive management was proposed and to realize scientific water usage and conservation through total life cycle management (LCM). In terms of source control, the source water treated by superconducting coupling technology is used to replace soft water of clean water system, and the urban reclaimed water is used to replace fresh water to realize the green water supply. Clean production technology is promoted in ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling processes to achieve water-saving in the processes. Green chemicals and water treatment technologies are used to realize water saving from the beginning. In terms of process control, every water system improves their recycling utilization rate by applying suitable water treatment technologies. On the basis of water balance test data, according to the water quality and water quantity requirements of different water systems, reasonable string connection and reuse are realized. In terms of end control, end treatment should be strengthened, such as the use of bioaugmentation-flocculation low-cost short-process coking wastewater treatment technology, artificial wetland ecological treatment technology, etc., to achieve minimum discharge or even zero discharge of waste. Try to maximize the absorption function of iron and steel complex, and internally absorb or recycle secondary water resources such as rainwater and urban reclaimed water, etc. The ultimate goal of life cycle intensive control is to achieve maximization of water resource utilization and minimization of water pollution emissions, then achieve high-quality, low-carbon, green and sustainable development of iron and steel industry, as well as harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
