Abstract With the improvement of NOx emission standard, selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitration technology has attracted considerable attention, and the amount of spent SCR catalyst has also increased rapidly. Spent SCR catalyst contains a large number of valuable metals such as titanium, tungsten and vanadium. If it is directly discarded, it will not only cause environmental pollution, but also cause problems such as waste of resources, so it is of great significance to recycle spent SCR catalyst. The recovery and separation methods of vanadium, tungsten, and titanium in vanadium-titanium-based spent SCR catalyst are systematically expounded, the advantages and disadvantages of the recovery process are analyzed, and the future development direction of valuable metal recovery technology is proposed. This study can provide a reference for the recovery of spent SCR catalyst.
