| Application of flatness curve dynamic set on the hole in strip rolling process |

Abstract It is common that during the rolling process, there would be broken belt when hole defect appears. In order to ensure a smooth rolling state, the causes of defects broken belt holes was analyzed, combined with advanced Sendzimir mill flatness control technology, proposed plate- shaped curve dynamically and set the target control methods, and successfully applied to the 20- roll rolling mills. Experimental results show that the plate- shaped curve of the dynamic target set- off control method has a very significant effect on reducing defects and keep a stable rolling state.
