Abstract:The microstructure and texture of dualoriented silicon steel were measured by using Xray diffraction. The relationship between deformation stored energy and secondary recrystallization texture was analyzed in order to clarify forming mechanism of secondary recrystallization texture. The test results showed that the stored energy was obviously remained in the primary recrystallization samples, and the intensity of beneficial cube texture {100}<001> increased with the increasing of residual stored energy, which indicated that the residual stored energy had positive role on improving secondary recrystallization texture.
