Abstract:In this paper, the calcium treatment parameters were optimized through water simulation experiment and induction furnace experiment in laboratory. The results show that, the mixing effect is the best when feeding position at the opposite area of blowing points and on the midpoint of ladle semidiameter which dispart the sharp crossing angle of the two diameters through the blowing point averagely, feeding depth 0.6H and blowing rate 12m3/h. Feeding quantity of calcium wire lies on the steel component, especially the content of total aluminum and dissolved aluminum. For softblowing time,5~10 minutes is suitable after feeding.
