摘要 提出CASOB喷粉精炼工艺,通过向钢液中喷吹铝、氧化钙、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝等粉剂,在原有钢液升温、脱氧、合金化、吹气去除夹杂物等精炼功能的基础上,增加了钢液脱硫和夹杂物变性处理功能。作为此项工作的第1步,考虑了钢液带渣的改质、钢液脱硫、钢液升温等过程的影响,建立了精炼过程喷吹粉剂的配料计算模型。

Abstract :The powder injection in CASOB process was conducted. With the injection of Al, CaO, SiO2 and Al2O3 powders into the molten steel during CASOB refining, in addition to the functions of heating, deoxidization, alloying and removing inclusions by argon bubbling ,further effect of desulphurization and inclusion modification can be realized. A mathematical model has been developed to calculate the quantities of Al, CaO and Al2O3, considering the factors of primary slag modification, desulphurization, inclusion modification and temperature rising of molten steel.
