Abstract:With the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of Chinese iron and steel industry, Tangang New Area takes intellectualization, continuation and compactness as the development goal, striving to realize the dynamic, orderly, collaborative and continuous operation of production process. Based on the Flexsim simulation software platform, the production process simulation model of plate steelmaking and continuous casting section in Tanggang New Area was established, and the actual production process was analyzed and evaluated by taking the degree of continuity, equipment utilization and process stability as evaluation indexes, which provided theoretical guidance for specific optimization. On this basis, according to the theory and method of metallurgical process engineering, the material flow operation model and the "one-to-one" laminar flow production model in the ideal state were established, and the different material flow operation modes were studied. By comparing the evaluation index data, the feasibility and superiority of "one-to-one" laminar flow production model in the special line are verified.
