Abstract:The reduction ratio distribution of reversible cold rolling mill was studied,according to the actual situation of the production,the distribution principle of the reduction ratio in the rolling schedule was introduced, including key points to be considered in the first pass reduction distribution, the influence of the final pass reduction ratio on the product performance. Based on production test,within the range of mill capacity (e.g. rolling force, main motor power, etc.),by adjusting, optimizing the reduction ratio distribution, or reducing the number of rolling passes, could better solve the problem of low efficiency of the reversing cold mill production.The factors that affect the formulation of the rolling schedule were briefly expounded.
