Abstract:In order to ensure the safe and stable production of blast furnace, the charge level needs to be lowered to a specified position when lining is sprayed on the upper wall of furnace body. To ensure the charge level to drop the exact location, operations included making BF activity, stabilizing the furnace condition, planning the downtime material lists before lowering charge levels, as well as controlling water discharge properly in charge level lowering process, controlling the furnace top temperature and coal gas components strictly, and setting air volume and air pressure reasonable, were adopted. Under the principle of gunning repair technique, the fixed, sector and circle gunning repair methods were used based on the erosion condition of furnace wall to obtain the regular furnace inner body. The reblowing process ensured the timely and smooth recovery of furnace condition by centrally blocking the air inlet, reasonably controlling the increase of wind volumes and tuyere velocity, and strengthening the control of iron discharge before the furnace.
