Abstract:Sintering process of Liugang has been plagued by thicker mixing cylinders and difficult cleaning for a long time. Unplanned downtime for cleaning is often caused by serious sticky material problems in the cylinder. In response to this problem, technicians put forward three optimization measures and transformation schemes which were gas-liquid composite multi-point segmented water addition, cylinder running current accumulation warning and high-pressure injection online cleaning, and organically combined the three to achieve online cleaning. After putting into production, it improved the phenomenon of cylindrical material formation effectively, optimized the sintering process parameters, and provided certain technical guidance for ensuring the efficient, continuous and stable operation of sintering process.
