Abstract:Linear chain and warp defects were found on the surface of DC06 steel sheet with continuous annealing, which was preliminarily judged to be caused by the crushing of non-metallic inclusions. The microscopic morphology of the inclusions at the two defects was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The inclusions at the linear chain defects were mostly irregular blocks, and the inclusions at the warped skin were mostly granular. According to statistics, the inclusions at the two types of defects were microscopic inclusions, the size (d) was small, 1.5 μm≤d≤6.2 μm. The composition of the inclusions at the two defects was analyzed by energy spectrum detection, and the inclusions were determined to be non-metallic inclusion Al2O3. Through the simulated micro-stamping test, it can be known that the linear chain defects caused by Al2O3 inclusions of this size level had no obvious influence on the stamping performance of the continuous drawn DC06 steel plate. The peeling defect had a great influence on the appearance of the steel plate, so its influence on the stamping performance was no longer investigated.
