Abstract:Waste SCR denitrification catalyst is a kind of hazardous waste and contains several valuable components. Through the analysis of the main methods, principle, approach, advantages and disadvantages on the resource utilization of waste catalyst at home and abroad, the effective method which can fully recycle vanadium, tungsten and titanium resources is as follow: leaching waste SCR denitration catalyst-recycling vanadium and tungsten from leaching solution by purifying and separating-recycling titanium from leaching residue by pickling and calcining, in which the alkaline roasting and water immersion method is more suitable for the leaching process, the chemical precipitation method or solvent extraction combined with chemical precipitation method is suitable for purification and separation process of leaching solution. In addition, the research direction of resource utilization of waste SCR denitration catalyst is prospected.
