Abstract:The laboratory simulated batch furnace process was used to anneal the atmospheric corrosion resistant cold rolled steel Q310NQL2, and the mechanical properties, hardness and microstructure of the annealed steel strip were analyzed. The results showed that the steel strength had two "platform zones" and one "sudden change zone" with the increase of temperature. The crystallization temperature of the atmospheric corrosion resistant cold rolled steel Q310NQL2 was finally determined to be 650 ℃. The annealing cold/hot temperature of atmospheric corrosion resistant cold rolled steel Q310NQL2 by batch annealing facility during industrial production was set to 660/680 ℃. The steel completed the crystallization process when the insulation time was set to 12 h. The obtained results showed that the mechanical properties and grain size levels of steel met the standard requirements.
