Abstract:The “black box” in size of 200mm×40mm×260mm was developed, through the research of the temperature measurement system and the thermal protection. And it was used to measure the temperature of the GCr15 bearing billet. And three-dimensional temperature field of the billet during the heating process was simulated by the finite element simulation software MSC Marc. The optimization of the heating process of small cross-section bearing steel was realized by combining the orthogonal experiment with the finite element simulation. After filed application, the temperature difference of the largest section was decreased to 32.75℃, the homogeneity of temperature distribution was improved, and the performance difference between the head and tail was reduced significantly.
